DealForge provides a competitive-insights service that tracks public vendor pages and delivers Battlecards and material change alerts (e.g., pricing, integrations) to Slack and the web app.
Features may change; best-effort reliability and support.
You're responsible for your account and workspace content. You own your notes/config. We store public-web facts and your team's notes to provide the service.
Don't use the service to access non-public data, violate site terms of vendors we monitor, or disrupt our systems.
Pricing as posted; subscriptions renew per term; founding discount applies to annual prepaid as advertised. You can cancel renewal anytime; no prorated refunds for partial periods.
We do not offer uptime or response-time SLAs in Early Access. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

We may suspend/terminate for misuse or non-payment. On termination, you may request export and deletion of workspace content.
